Funds raised by the Foothills Community Housing Fair support the ongoing efforts of Housing Committee of Hickory Branch NAACP’s Equity and Inclusion Task Force. The Housing Committee is a volunteer-driven network, associated with several self-sustaining 501(c)(3) organizations, whose focus is to promote equity and access through housing. Sponsorship makes the event an immediate success, while also opening the door to affordable housing for our community members who need it most. Your participation goes a long way!

That’s why the Foothills Community Housing Fair is joining with professionals from across the housing industry to provide our neighbors with the keys to unlocking housing solutions that are affordable, attainable, and sustainable. This event showcases housing leaders throughout our community who are providing the education, resources, and services our neighbors need to build a solid foundation. Join us for a day of promoting access through affordable housing. 

Anticipated Attendance: This event is being promoted regionally throughout the Uni5 area. In addition to residents from Catawba, Caldwell, Burke, Alexander, and McDowell Counties, a sponsorship showcases your business to the 30 anticipated Exhibitors. These Exhibitors represent industry leaders like banks, realtors, insurance agencies, and non-profits who may utilize your services every day as part of their ongoing mission and business relationships.

Press Releases in local newspapers, with options for press coverage in Newton, Hickory, Morganton, and Lenoir. Online Promotion through social media, regional events calendars, and regional professional networks. Local Signage in key positions around Catawba County. Distribution of print and digital flyers, invitations and email blasts to targeted audiences. TV/Radio Advertising as budget permits.
